How I think
Four case studies, written the way I would write them for a board: the situation, what changed my mind, the decision, the result, and what I would do differently.
And two documents worth a look
What failing taught me
200,000 users from national press, then the company closed.
Press gets you the first hundred thousand and none of the next. I built the launch channel and never the second one. Closing it was right; I made the call too slowly.
So why am I looking?
After 10 years, building is no longer the hard part. I can ship an app in two days. Distribution is the hard part, and it is won as a team, with people, budget and a problem bigger than me. You have those. I bring the speed.
Yes, I build with AI agents. That is why it is fast. The judgement about what to build, and the discipline to take it all the way to the stores, are still mine.
How a mission works
Your idea, your users, and what success looks like in numbers.
A clickable prototype and a scoped plan. You can stop there and keep both.
The app on the stores, the SaaS in production, analytics and payments wired in.
A clean handover, or I stay on as your fractional product lead.
Product Lead, Founding PM or Product Engineer. Remote or relocation.
Your app, SaaS or site, from idea to launch. Weeks, not quarters.
Or just reach out, wherever suits you.
